The challenge
Teams consistently missed deadlines because risk only became visible once it was too late to act. Managers had no early signal that a sprint was slipping or that one engineer was buried while another was idle. Existing tools tracked tasks but predicted nothing.
Our solution
We built an agile platform with a drag-and-drop Kanban board at its core, then layered a machine-learning model that learns from historical task data to predict realistic completion dates. A workload-balancing engine flags over-allocated team members and suggests redistribution, while role-based access keeps managers, leads and contributors in their lanes.
